Scheduling a Visit

  • We schedule visits during the fall. This year: September 3 through November 1
  • We do not host springtime visits
  • We can begin scheduling visits this summer
  • The most convenient times to schedule a visit are during tutorial period (9:45-10:30 am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), lunchtime (11:50 am-12:35 pm), and before or after school. If these options do not work with your schedule, let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
  • Menlo School now uses SCOIR to schedule College Rep Visits. If you already have an account, please schedule a visit through SCOIR. If you do not have an account with SCOIR, go here to create one. If you have trouble with using SCOIR you may email Bridget Allard.
  • Note to colleges & universities participating in the Palo Alto College Fair on October 15: Menlo is hosting our Third Annual Mini College Fair on Tuesday, October 15, 9:45-10:30 am. If you are interested in our fair and would like to participate, please register through SCOIR. For further information, you may email Bridget Allard.
